CME Backup

I recently got all the bugs work out of our CME deployment for a 11 seat office, running on a 2821.

If back up the router Config and CME FTP backup utility will this cove all my bases?

What does the FTP backup utility cover that the router Config doesn't?

Does the FTP backup really need to be done after hours?

For CME itself, saving the router config should be enough. Maybe the CME FTP is for CME/CUE. I haven't done a CUE backup but I have saved and restored CME with the config.
