CME ang VG224

Hi,

I would like to ask if I still need to have a CUBE license in this scenario:

There are 2 sites and each will be given a Cisco CME 2911 UC Bundle.
In each site, a VG224 Voice Gateway will be connected because all endpoints are analog. Now, my questions are:

1. Do I still need to purchase a CUBE license for the interconnection as stated?
2. For the Analog Ports in VG224, do I still need to buy a CME License?
