CME 7937 phone in French want it in English

I have CME 10.5 4321 router I am working with. I got a 7937 phone that is in French that I would like to revert back to English. I have set the user-locale and network-locale in telephony-serv to 0 US but the phone stays in French. I made sure I had the english locale (even though I believe it should be there automatically) stored in flash:/its folder and tftp-server setup to serve the file. I am pretty new to Cisco and this is driving me nuts. Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Oops I did not mention in the original post I did try factory resetting it (globe button **1). Thanks for the suggestion though.

I was able to figure it out. My alias was missing ENGLISH_UNITED_STATES at the start.

Sorry I don't check the Cisco forum to often I did not see this message earlier. And to make matters worse it seems like my config on my router was overwritten with another config without this alias.

I was able to figure out the issue by connecting to the debug port on the phone with a rj11 to serial adapter on my computer and watch what the phone was looking for via putty when the user locale was set to US. I know it was missing an alias for a file, a file I believed should have been on the system from the start, but I can't give you exact answer I am afraid.
