CME 3.3 configuration problem 1

Hi,

We have a customer that is having a problem- recently when trying to change the name on an extension, we get the following error:

"Configuration change failed. Please report the following error: No Matched Command"

I've been able to change it through IOS, but this is NOT an option for the customer since they do most of their own MAC work.

Help would be much appreciated.

Be sure the GUI version on the Flash matches the CME version. Sounds like they are different.
