We currently have Cisco Call Manager Express 3.2 at one of our sites.

I have a user who's line is shared on their secretary's phone. However, when this user is already on the phone and a second call comes through to them, there is no indication of this on the secretarial handset.

Does anybody have any ideas why?

Many thanks

If the person is already on the line, the secretary's phone will have a red light next to the line on the LCD lit, with a little icon of a phone in use.

It can't show the second call coming in. Only the person who the secretary works for can see this on his phone.
