CMC report with subreport fails

When I submit a report from my desktop to the CMC and it has a subreport do I have to also save up to the CMC the two SRs as well? Or were they apart of the report object?

I get this error :
Unable to retrieve Object.
The request could not be submitted for background processing.

For the subreport, do you have "Reimport on Open" turned on? If so, this is the culprit. You can do one of two things:

1. Turn off Reimport on Open.

or

2. If you have to have the Reimport turned on, save the files the subreports are in to the CMC. Delete the existing subreports from your main report and then replace them with the versions from the CMC. This is the only way the main report will "know" where to reimport them from.
