Have set up the notifyer in a particular report which is to go out each week, so that I am being email as to whether it is successful or not, but am not receiing the emails.
Is there are particular setting I may have missed?
Which version of CE, BOE, or CRS are you using? I know there was a problem with notification emails in the unpatched version of BOE XI 3.1 that seems to have been fixed.
Also, make sure that your Destination Job Server is correctly set up for email.

Sorry for the delay. I have finally been able to grab some time to look into the notifier.
We are running Crystal Server 2008, version 12.
I think that the destination server is set up okay as I can receive schedulled reports fine. The only thing I cannot figure out is how to get the notifier working.
I have cc'd myself on all the reports going out just so I will know that they are fine.
