CMC in CCM 3.x

I have a client that insists on updating the client matter codes through a SQL script rather than the supported BAT tool from Cisco. As a law firm that add/delete CMC's every two hours on a daily basis want an automated solution using SQL scripts or anything else that works.

Has anyone found a soloution outside the BAT tool for updating CMC's? We have a SQL script but the new codes are not available for use unless we stop/start the CCM service to load the new codes each time which we all know is not an option. The client is open to third party solutions if there is a package out there that will automate this process. Thanks.

Did you locate anything as currently we have to use CMC though later we will be using a 3rd aprty app

Wayne - Nope, the customer is using a SQL script to load the codes every two hours then they stop/start the service on the server to make the new codes active. They are currently evaluating 3rd party options.
