CMC hanging after trying to delete a report object

Scheduled a report - there were 5 instances of the report that were successful. Tried to delete the report object entirely and the CMC just hung and anyone trying to loginto the cmc system could not get in...

I did a repair from the add\remove programs on CE10 then rebooted the server.

But it seems everytime we try to deploy a report the cmc just hangs...

Any ideas or suggestions?

Note that when I now try to login into the CMC I encounter:

waiting for database mutex
