CMC creates report missing values that show in Crystal

I have a report which when run in Crystal v11.5.8.826 generates a report which has half hourly values for 18 units in a group footer. The report therefore produces a total of 48 values for each unit when run in crystal but when scheduled in the CMC the report only generates the header and footer with the totals showing; the report is missing the main body of the report but the values are correct (the data is being added correctly). Has anyone seen this before with CMC differing from Crystal when running a report. If so any ideas?
