CMC - can't veiw Resource Manager

Hello everyone,

I want to give "custom" priveleges to the Citrix CMC... Currently, I'm trying to give my boss VIEW access to the Resource Managers stats. I have tried everything... Whenever I give 'custon' permissions to RM, he still can't see it at all...

Is there somewhere else that I have to check (besides the RM area) to enable him to view?? The only thing that works is giving him "Full Controll" access inside of the CMC... which I don't want to do- (??)
