CMC and Update Objects (BOE XI) doesn't work

Hello!

I moved an existing BOE XI install to a new hardware server. The database is/was in a separate SQL Server and did not move. I copied the contents of the old input/output FRS folders to the new hardware also. I try to do an "Update Objects" in the new CMC and I get a bunch of errors that look like the following:

ID Object Path Error
16073 tCRStopCode.rpt /Management Reports You do not have right 'Download files associated with the report' on object 16073.

I'm not sure what this means I should do... Do I even need to Update Objects since I didn't move the database.
