does anybody know where i can get a copy of the Maximilian 2.0 technician software for doinf remote support on Hitachi HCX5000 series pbx's....i have been trying for weeks to find a placed to download for free or to pay...i am a certified tech and have called Hitachi but they refer me to my local dealer which is a company that i worked for and they refuse to sell it or give it to me...i had it on my laptop but the hard drive crashed and i have to reload all my software again....i have to go directly to my customers sites because of this, which is a waste of time when all they need is a software program change that doesnt include a hardware change...any help would be greatly appreciated

to bad another tech doesn't burn you a copy. i had a copy but that was several laptops ago.. i went to the school's on hitachi but sprint "changed directions" so i never did get any field time.. it was a pretty decent switch.. somewhere between nec and rolm in approach.. i'll talk to some techs i know, if i find a local copy i'll put it on a web server and paste a link... techs need to stick together, it's us against the ties most of the time

thanks johnpoole....i also got my copy when i went to the school...i called the tech support but they say i have to contact an auth dealer to "purchase" a copy of the software.......which i have no problem doing.....i just dont have the time to travel to 8 to 10 sites everyday if they have problems that can usually be fixed remotely


any help locating a copy would be great!!!!
