CM_Simplex on S8300D

Hi All,

I inherited an S8300D on G450 where the cm installed on the server is CM_SIMPLEX 6.3 instead of CM_OnlyEmbed 6.3
I would like to reinstall CM_OnlyEmbed on the server and not lose translations
For there has been disconnection of calls while in progress among other weird problems
Could you please help, thank you

I'm not exactly sure of the template differences, but you should be able to run a backup and get the .xln file which has the data you want. As long as you aren't moving to an LSP template, which I don't think the template you mentioned is you should be fine. You will need to re-install the new template. The only other thing I'll defer to someone else on is about anything required with the license file.
