CM6 LSP will not register

I using System Platform with CM_SurvRemoteEmbed Template.
The Server Role is LSP, SID 1 and MID 2 for first LSp, registration at Main PE and synchronisation at Main and Duplicate server.
I've done the following:
ch sys main - update LSP = y
ch ip-interface proc - enable Interface = y
ch node-names ip for lsp
add surv lsp with MID 2
set the recovery rule in G450
insert backup server lsp in ip-network-region
save translation lsp success with error code 0
an list surv means, there is no registration from lsp and no data in lsp.

Where is my error in reasoning?

Any ideas?

You can run a list trace ras on the ip address of the LSP. You can often get an indication of why the failure is occuring or even if the LSP is trying to register. Thinks like memory size configuration mismatch will show an error here.
