Has any one come across this issue in CM5?
I have stations that have cover paths configured to send un answered calls to cover answer groups with 5 phones in.
If they dont answer the call(internal or external)then it leaves a missed call in all the cov ans members station logs......they then ALL try to return the call.....this is a problem.
The phones used are 2410's and the log setup screen doesnt offer an option to filter out covered calls.
any ideas?
