CM4.0.1 on S8300/G350

Crazy stuff....

New CM 4.0 and have setup the entire box as well as dadmin account for us. Customer account is setup under prof18 and they can login but cannot do busyout/release? What am i missing to give them msp's which we could change before?
 
go to "change system-parameters customer-options" page through and change DS1 MSP to yes, processor & system MSP to yes and Station & Trunk MSP to yes.
 
good advice oldtimer27, however, you can't "change sys cust" any longer, even with an "init" login. It now has to be done with RFA. To get Customer MSP's, AVAYA now requires a maintainance contract, and that is not cheap. If you do have AVAYA Maint. the MSP's are $125/year.

you have got to be kidding? I cannot get them without a Avaya Maint contract?
