We are running CM 6.01 on duplex HP DL360 servers with 8 remote offices on LSPs with a mixture of G-700 and G-450 media gateways and want to increase the Crisis Alert feature to 250 from the standard 10 for stations. Under SA8608 Avaya allows customer activation but has a disclaimer that Special Application features have limited testing and may be applicable to specific configurations. The Avaya Labs document states "there could be an increased potential for system performance degradation." Has anyone activated this application and experience any issues.

no... can only happen if you mix different sa's on one system... just go ahead... is just like going along with terms of use .... avaya just covering their on ass
