CM sends to SM SIP/2.0 403 Forbidden (TLS Required)

I deploy demo Aura R10.2 in my lab, so in order to simplify my life, I have decided to get rid completely of the TLS, so set up Signalling link between CM and SM with TCP, I also set up Entity Link as TCP. Everything seemed to be OK, my signaling link between SM and CM is up, in-service, my trunk group CM-SM is in service-idle
But when I make a call from registered SIP endpoint, I see a message in traceSM from CM "SIP/2.0 403 Forbidden (TLS Required) and call fails

Any idea why CM might want TLS? What might be the reason?

for those who might be interested - I finally found the reason. It is strange enough, but one of my Softphones managed to register via TLS, though it was not supposed to do it. See picture attached. Obviously, everytime TCP user called to TLS registered phone, the conversation failed with mentioned above error message
