We are researching the SIP integration between Communication Manager R6 and Avaya Experience Portal. CM would be the first destination for the call and then hand off to AAEP. Since we are using SIP integration between the 2 what are the Vector programming options available to hand the call from CM to AAEP? Do these options give us insight into the real time activity of the call through Avaya IQ? Queue to Skill or Converse on not supported so what are the options?
