Sorry I am new in Avaya CM, so please help me to clarify these questions:
1) In a blocked phone assigned to User1, is it possible for a User2 to make outgoing calls using only his/her ACCOUNT CODE and/or AUTHORIZATION CODE? Is there a special configuration for this?
2) In any blocked phone, is it possible to make 911 Emergency calls without using ANY CODE? Could you guide me to some APPLICATION NOTE as example?
