here is my config:
1. Avaya CM 6.2.3 with public ISDN trunk to our PSTN provider
2. CM to internal dialer (3rd party) connected using SIP trunk
Internal dialer outbound calls going to PSTN provider thru CM. In case of destination numer is busy my PSTN provider sends cause 17 (user busy) with progress indicator. After some time provider sends disconnect with ISDN 16: Normal clearing. This causes CM to send SIP/2.0 100 Trying to internal dialer and normal disconnect at the end so finaly we have wrong dialer stats.
The question - is there any way to change such CM behaviour ? I would like CM to send "486 - Busy here" instead of "100 Trying" or "486 - Busy here" at the end instead normal disconnect.
