How can I acheive the following:
we want one # to call that will dial 4 cell phones'#'s.
Scenario:
IT disaster happens.IT calls this ext. and it starts by calling the 1st of the 4 cell phones if there is no answer it will call the next. etc. until someone answers.

Several ways:
Route the call to unity (assuming you have unity) and let it outdial to each cellphone in order until someone responds.

Or:
Install IPCC on call manager (free 5 license version) and write a script to achieve the outdial feature.

You can also build a hunt group that broadcasts to 4 extensions that each is forwarded always to a cell phone. This will call all numbers simultanuously and you will have to test it to make sure it works.

You will also need call manager version 4.1 or higher.

The first option is what I would recommend.
