CM/CMS 2 digit AUX Codes

Hi everyone. I'm starting a new post on this issue as all the ones I could find were quite old and not of much help.
We have CM 8.0 and CMS R19 and are using 1 digit AUX Codes. We have the need of upgrading to 2 digits AUX Codes but it is not quite clear how to do it and how it would work from an operator POV.
Has anyone got this resolved?

Its been awhile since I've done this change, but I think all the config is in CM. Then you create the CMS dictionary.

'cha sys feat' Page 14.
Two-Digit Aux Work Reason Codes? y

If you have ASAI or other CTI applications
'cha cti-link X' page 2.
Two-Digit Aux Work Reason Codes? y

'change reason-code-names'
to set all the names.
