We’ve a customer with 2 CM 7 installed on VMware, high availability, with a survivable remote.
Some stations have a problem.
A few users use 9620 phones, that works fine, but sometimes, let say ones in a week, a call appearance disappear. User have configured 3 call appearances, and a pickup button.
Sometimes one of the call appearance disappear, so user have 2 appearances available, and when in a conversation, transfer soft button is gone, pickup button is gone.
When I reboot the phone, same problem occurs. I have to go in Avaya Site Administration, or System Manager, and remove all the call appearance, and configure the appearances again. Then give a busy-out and a release station, and it will work fine for some time.
I’ve replaced the phones with new phones, I’ve removed the stations in CM and add the stations for new, but same problem after some time.
Status station, no errors or strange things. System status in web browser, no change or interchange.
