CM 6.1 AC console reports

I am tasked to provide how many calls one of my pilot points recieve daily/weekly/monthly. I know a 3rd party app would be best but not an option right now.

If I run a CDR report on the PP 7772000 for one specific day I recieve over 100 records of which only the first 100 are shown. How do I view them all to get a count?

On the other hand if I run a traffic report on the PP for the same day the number of calls are below 100 and display in a graph and gives a better visual of call volume. I checked all available call type criteria boxes before I ran the traffic report.

usr RTMT to pull all the CDR records for that pilot point.

I am running CM 6.1. Can you explain how I can pull the records using RTMT please. I'm in there now but don't see any CDR utilities just a link to the serviceability page.

You have to run a query to the cdr db with the pilot point as one of the queries.
Download the RTMT guide from cco. It is very detailed.
