I'm attempting to upgrade my CM 6.1.2 to 6.1.3. I downloaded the files from Cisco and burned my .iso, and ran the MD5 checksum, and it came out OK. (I had attempted a DVD upgrade, but Cisco's forms recommended the remote source install because of problems with DVD's.) I have PumpKIN FTP server running on my laptop (Win XP). When attempting the remote filesystem upgrade, I go to OS Administration > Software/Upgrades > Install/Upgrade. I then enter the following:

Source: Remote Filesystem
Directory: C:\Cisco (FTP folder on my laptop)
Server: 10.200.101.107 (laptop IP)
User Name: <my domain user account>
User Password: <my domain password>
Transfer Protocol: FTP

I'm getting a "The remote server could not be located" error message. I have even gone so far as to reboot both server to refresh all services, but it still doesn't work. Is something wrong with my syntax, or am I doing something else incorrect?

whylcap - I got it figured out - but I had to open a TAC on it. You are absolutely correct about using freeftpd, because they recommend it. I also learned that I made the wrong assumptions:
Directory should be just a slash (/)
username and password is not your domain account, but the password you set on the FTP client.
