CM 6.0 User/Phone Add wont add old user IDs

If I use the User/Phone Add feature I can not add any User Ids that have been previously on the system even if I have deleted them. If I go to End user and add just the user it will allow me to reuse deleted User IDs. Any reason why the user/phone feature wont but the End User feature will?

what version of call manager? What error message are you getting?
 
its 6.0 and the message states

Add failed, could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE INDEX column.


Now I have checked my user list and device list...both are empty. If I go to add just the user and not the User/Phone add I can add the user no problem. If I go back to User/Phone add and use a User ID that I have not used yet it will take the add. Seems to be a bug where it thinks user IDs I have deleted are still in use.

Could be a bug. 6.0 is two full version releases behind and was full of software bugs.
If you are running 6.0 and that's the only issue you are having consider yourseld lucky.
 
figured it was probably a bug. Ill just add the phones and users separately then I guess. Thank you.
