CM 5.2 on S8730 Processor Maxed Out

During high call volumes is anyone having issues with high processor usage / spikes? We take the same amount of calls as on our old G3R and never had this problem and call volume is comparable. Also believe the max simultaneous calls on CM 5.x and 6.x is approximately 15,424 calls and 32,768 Time Slots(Max 64 Port Networks x 512 Time Slots per Port Network).

We are not even close to 15,424 calls.
