Hi,
I need to work out a way of displaying the top level vdn on the agents turret. My vector is programmed:
goto step 21 if time-of-day is sat 12:30 to mon 08:00
07 collect 1 digits after announcement V1 for none
08 route-to number V2 with cov y if digit = 1
09 route-to number V4 with cov y if digit = 2
10 route-to number V5 with cov n if digit = 3
11 stop
12
V1 goes to another IVR
V4 and V5 queue the call to a skill. These two need to show the name associated with the top level VDN.
For example
Top VDN 454060 - PL VDN1
Option 1 (V2) - Customer Services
Option 2 (V4)- Renewals
Option 3 (V5)- Generic Sales
The agents need to see PL VDN1 on their display.
If I set V1 to n as well the call is not transferred to the next VDN.
I have tried setting the VDN override to n on the top level VDN and y on any subsequent. The VDN name displayed is the final one in the chain.
Hopefully that makes sense! Any ideas?
Thanks,
Karen
