CM 4.2 call logging for group Calls

Hi,

we have a CM 4.2(3)SR2B running.
We have a group set up ringing in a broadcast pattern that goes to voicemail (Unity) when the call is unanswered after 15 seconds.
However when the call goes to Unity our Tiger call logger see the call as dropped/unanswered/missed.
Answered calls are coming in at 94% on Tiger

We would like to include all calls going to voicemail as an answered call giving a stat showing 100% of calls being answered.

No matter how I look at it I cannot see how I can simply stop the call being seen as missed once it goes to voicemail.

My nearest idea would be to add second hunt list containing a group with only one member which would then play a script via our UCCX transfering the call to voicemail.
But its a bit long winded.

Well, i don't know anything about tiger call, but it souns like it is doing what's designed to do.
Sending the call to voice mail should count as a missed or unanswered call.
Now trying to manipulate that you need to play with it and see what happens. Try what you suggested and see how it works but if it is a script that does that (since you mentioned ccx at the end) there are ways of doing that withing the script.
