I am bulding an internal icd application based upon the icd script that comes with IPCC Express. I have my application complete, except for one thing, if you call into the pilot number and nobody is logged in, it just leaves you in the queue. I have it set by day of week and time to send the user to voicemail outside of normal business hours, but that won't help me on holidays during the week. I have it so they can break out every 3rd repeat, but if at the very beginning I could determine that no one is logged into the application, I can just send the call to voicemail. So, is there a way to determine if anyone is logged into the application?
Thanks
