Is there a way I can automatically insert a "9" before a number entry in the missed calls directory so users don't need to edit the entry by adding a "9" before the number and they can just press dial?

Thanks. JimC-

If you change this feature then you will see a 9 in front of all calls inbound.... This is setup in the enterprise parameter section...

I just got off the phone with TAC and it's actually under Service Parameters: national number prefix and International number prefix where you add the 91 or 9001 in our case.

I specifically asked if incoming calls would display with the prefix on the inbound CID and he said no only in the call log but the way you explain it makes more sense. I agree that it will show for all incoming calls. That may confuse my users more than it helps the original problem.

Does anyone else in this forum have this set up so I can get some feedback as to how it works for them?

Thanks for the help. JimC-
