CM 4.0.1 and BCMR

Hi,

We have installed CM4.0.1 on S8300/G700 and trying to install BCMR server v2.4, but we have problems creating proper account on CM for BCMR. We found out that there is a connectivity patch for CM4.0, and we have installed it, but BCMR is still not working - there are no enough permissions for "bcmsvu" account that we created.

Any ideas?

There is a bug in the CM 4.0.1 load due to SSH permissions. You will need the BCMR patch for 2.4 on the support.avaya.com website. It is a quick-easy fix.
