we have two servers set up for clustering using win2k advanced server. we are having problems with the main domain controller server and will be replacing it with another one. Can anyone tell me the steps of restoring the cluster. Is there a certain order we have to follow so that there wont be any data corruption? I'm not very familiar with clustering, so any help is appreciated.

Always you have to use evict command to disjoin a node from cluster.
Then, anytime you can bring a new server an join it to the cluster.
So, these are the general rules.
Of course that after joining, if youhave pplications like exchange (that requrire to be installe don both nodes) then you have to reinstall in on the second node.
Short procedure:
1. stop the cluster service on that node via Cluster Administartor
2. evict the node

I forgot, if it is DomainController also, then after eviction you have to run dcpromo and uninstall AD.
