Clustering two W2K Servers

I hope I am posting this in the right group. Here’s the plan. The company I work for wants to cluster two identical W2K servers. One server will be using Quest, the other will use UUNET.

The tech books talk a lot about clustering, but are vague on the steps to do so. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
