Clustered, Ringing DSS/BLF key

3300 Rel 7.1 Clustered. I want a key to ring on a phone on a different element.
Cluster Element ID 1, I have a 5330 x6666 with a DSS/BLF key, set as Ring for a 5330 x5555 on Cluster Element ID 2.
The Remote Busy Lamps field auto populated in the node of the phone I put the DSS key on, Cluster Element ID 1.
Cluster Element ID 1 - Monitored Device x5555, shows Local Host Set Directory Number - 1.

I call the DID and the phone I want to ring via DSS, doesn't.

Is there more to this? I have done the BLF Refresh on both Elements and it didn't seem to help.

I suspect you have resiliency and the DSS Key is attempting to ring the Resilient instance of x5555

There are 2 sections in the remote busy lamp form

Local host and Remote Host.

You need to populate the Remote Host for the Lamp on the remote system

I got it to work. It was the remote busy lamps form on the node whose phone I wanted to monitor, that I had to make changes to.
