Recently installed a Hospitality system MITEL 3300 MXe MCD 6.0 and two AX in a Hospitality Cluster. Clustered Hospitality Gateway Home Element: 3300ICP. PMS interface working fine. 5550IP x3 on 3300ICP. (LPR4, LPR5, LPR6)
All the guest room connected to that two AX.
Hotel/Motel status can't printing out via a printer set up on 5550IP RS-232 port. (LPR4)
We are via a telnet port 1753 to checking the two AX's Hotel/Motel status report can be printed on demand in two AX's controller. Add an extension as guest room on 3300 MXe for test. To print a report • On the Tools menu, select Guest Services followed by the command that corresponds to the report. It can be printed on demand only the testing guest room in the local controller.
How can be group the Hospitality Cluster Hotel/Motel reporting as gateway on the 5550IP or any solution?
