clusterCATS load issue, always 100%

hello, i am running 2 identical servers (literally) and installed CC on both.

win2k sp4, cfmx 6.1, cc 5.1.

the install seemed to work just fine, but load management doesn't seem to work at all. i left default of 90% on both servers, but it always shows that both machines are at 100% load and cause the site not to display. any ideas? i cannot at all figure this out. thanks so much!

blst, we had the same issue at my work. We uninstalled clusterCATS and that helped with the load management issues. The only issue we have now is thread232-1026783 and seems there are no resolutions to this.
