Cluster Windows 2003 Error Code 1130

Anyone know how to fix this error?

Event ID: 1055

Cluster File Share resource '<USER NAME>' has failed a status check. The error code is 1130.

I've already checked Microsoft article Q232478 and Q198386 on the LanManServer fix and I have checked the registery key and I am at the max, which is 12.

Aside from virus scan (Which is disabled) and Veritas Storage Central this is a basic 2 node cluster. Seems that my second node does not have this error is currently acting as the primary roll for all my resources. Any ideas?

and put in the event id # and/or the error code. This might be of help.

I actually knew about eventID.net and microsoft has a lesser version of that service on their web site as well. Both web sites had no information on the error message that would be of any help.

I did how ever figure out the the problem was not from the cluster service but from the Storage Central version. Storage central Active Directory Version 5 build 220 seems to cause this error after O/S updates (at least from what I can see). We found an update that took us to build 230 of that product and the problem went away.) Still a great quota program, even better now since Veritas picked them up.
