cluster service stop

Hello everyone!

I upgraded clustered windows 2000 advanced server to Windows 2003 enterprise edition. I upgraded the active node first which is the second node and then the passive node which is the first node.
After re-starting the passive node (node1) the cluster service failed to start automatically.I don't know why,they have the same user that runs the cluster service.

Can anyone help on this ASAP!
