His it possible to stop cluster number to show in SMDR.
Customer have cluster system integrated with FCS using sip trunk, for voice mail
But the when the extension call the voicemail number the cluster number add before the extension
Ex.
Extension 1011
Showing on SMDR 201011

Thanks in advance

might be pni unless you have a large network its not required on the cluster and can be removed

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Hi Bill66
Yes it's PNI number
How can I remove it
BR

if its not required ( cluster is small and there are NOT multiple Clusters) that are using the PNI then just blank it out
its set on the cluster where the name is assigned

make sure incoming and outgoing calls are ok afterwards - i have seen it referenced before in DID routing table ( we had to remove it from that as well)

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

@voipneerd

You need to ensure you will not have conflicting numbers within your cluster BEFORE you remove your PNI or you are in for a bad time.

e.g.
[ul]
[li]System 1 Has extensions 1000 - 1050[/li]
[li]System 2 Has extensions 1000 - 1050[/li]
[li]PNI for System 1 has been set to 10[/li]
[li]PNI for System 2 has been set to 20[/li]
[/ul]
I've seen this before on a system I inherited and you cannot remove the PNI without changing the extensions so that they do not conflict.
