Cluster CSV Disk Ownership Performance

Server 2016 failover cluster
Cluster in-a-box solution by supermicro.
Tiered storage using windows server.mixture is SSD and HDD.

Issue I have is that sever running on node 1 on CSV disk has poor disk performance. Disk owner is node 2.

If I missed be th VM to node 2 and run the same performance task it is much quicker.

My question is does disk owner have any in impact?
