Cluster Aware???

Hi all,I have a cluster of Winnt 4.0 Sp6a + SYBASE ASE 12.5 with HA. Apparently all works fine but running "cluster administrator" I get this error:

"An error occurred attempting to read properties for the 'Sybase Companion Server' resource type:
The data is invalid.
Error ID: 13 (0000000d)
Do you want to ingnore this error and continue?"

If I click OK, cluster administrator runs.....but in Resource Types folder appears "Sybase Companion Server" (sybcpnrs.dll) marked with a red signal.

I'm very confused with this, really works all fine?, really Is the resource dll cluster aware?.

Some idea about this....
