Cluster Aware UPS Software

We're trying to find a UPS product that is cluster aware. Our cluster is not in a location that is manned 24hours/day, and in the event of a catastrophic power failure we want to be able to get the cluster shut down correctly and in the right order.

We're using the latest Novell Cluster Services.

Any ideas on the best way to get this done?
