I am looking to cluster FTP on windows 2003. I have added a generic script resource and pointed it to C:\windows\system32\inetsrv\clusftp.vbs but this does not seem to stop/start/failover the ftp service. Can anyone help with what changes need to be made to the sample script ?

I would use Network load balancing rather than clustering for FTP, you could combine both, with NLB looking after the FTP services, but pointing to a remote share on your custer.
