CLTSVR: Security key not found

please help my restaurant opens this morning and the manager could use the computers due to this error in aloha CLTSVR: Security key not found I do not know what to do. any suggestion I would be so thankful.

The security key is either a red USB plug or a printer hasp device. Usually older aloha versions used a lpt hasp key - white plug connected on the LPT printer port on the back of the server. Check that it's attached. or Check the USB plug is attached then reboot the server.
