Hi guys!
I have got a one more question.
I was completed set-up HACMP/ES,but i got a one problem
when i execute clstat command, massage is following

THERE ARE NO CLUSTERS CURRENTLY ACTIVE

THE PROGRAM WILL CONTINUE SEARCHING FOR ONE

What's problem?
How can i resolv this problem?
I waiting for your reply.
thanks & regards

Hi,

First, Clinfo needs to know the ip addresses of the nodes of the cluster, so you should define the adresses of svc and stby adapterds in /usr/sbin/cluster/etc/clhosts of each hosts. Also be aware that clinfo uses snmp, so if you have a different password than "public" defined in /etc/snmpd.conf, you need to modify odm SRCSubsys to launch clinfo with the good password.

Don't hesitate to ask if that doesn't help.

Hi gileb!
Thanks a lot your reply, it's really helpful to me.
I did check clhosts, snmpd.conf files last night
but i couldn't resolv this problem.
I couldn't understand how to modify odm SRCSubsys?
please, can i ask to more detail method?
sorry for bed english!
i waiting for your reply.
thanks & regards

first : is clinfo started ? if yes, what do you have in your /usr/sbin/cluster/etc/clhosts : you must have, at least 127.0.0.1. If it is what you have, you must add at least the two ip add of your two nodes (svc add).
Second: do you have a password set in /etc/snmpd.conf : you should have 3 lines community, the first one is the "password": it's public by default. If it is still public, you don't have to modify SRCsubsys to modify clinfo launch, if it is not public, you have to give clinfo the same password when launching it, that is why you have to modify you SRCsubsys.(This is done via the chssys command)

Don't hesitate if you need more info.
hope that helps.

I forgot to mention that clsmuxpd must be running in order to have clinfo working.
