CLS needed for ACD Agent

Hi,
Which CLS do I need for a Set to be able to sign into an ACD
I already added an ACD key for the corresponding group.
OR what is missing, because I cannot sign in into the ACD group?

you do not need any cls. Are you working in agent mode or PosID mode? what happens when you hit key 0 and enter an agent ID?

you have to go off hook and press key 0 then #, if you're in postition id mode, you're logged in and place into nrd. if you're using agent id mode, you're prompted for a login id, enter the login id and press #

valid agent id are what you define in the ads block, print ads in ld 23 to see what your range is.

that list your range of agent id's.. assuming your not on symposium, the set should log in.. have an agent log out then log in on that set..

if this is the 1st acd set, build a scb to define agen/pos id range
