cls FRE

Hi guys,
I've a question about the cls FRE class.
The FRE work fine : when the calls incoming from pubblic network the line go down but when the calls incoming from the pubblic network in the same flux the line get busy e don' t go down...

is correct? why don't go down the line?

Use CLS FR1 or FR2. I hope that will also fix the flux down.

I tried to use FR1/FR2 but is the same.
When I call the station in FRE-FR1-FR2 from the same flux the call go busy while if I call for example from mobile phon the provaider aswer like: is not possibile to complete the call.
